The Klein & Hummel Universal Equalizer UE-1000, built in the 70s in Stuttgart, by a renown German company.
It is pair of mono equalizers destined for cutting vinyl - the job that is meant only for analog hardware right at the top of the food chain.
UE-1000 universal equalizer is a solid state follower of their legendary tube UE-100 EQ.
UE-1000 are considered to be the most flexible and sophisticated analog equalizers ever built. As is usually is with German gear, the quality is amazing and a variety of tones is out of reach of any other studio equalizer, both vintage and modern.
The UE-1000 was originally designed as program/mastering equalizer, but it can be used in any other conceivable way! They really excel at tracking or mixing, showing their warm, yet very clear and regal tone.
The units have been carefully serviced and tested and are in excellent condition! They work on 110-240V depending on the fuse installed. Currently set to 240V. EU power cables are included.
