Motu Midi Express XT USB MIDI Interface

The MIDI Express XT is a professional-grade MIDI interface and SMPTE synchronizer, offering seamless plug-and-play connectivity with any USB-enabled Mac or Windows computer.

It features 8 MIDI inputs, 9 MIDI outputs, and supports 128 MIDI channels, ensuring compatibility with all major Mac and Windows software. The unit offers 16 one-touch presets (8 factory, 8 user-programmable), allowing quick access to multiple operational setups directly from the front panel.

Included ClockWorks software for macOS and Windows provides advanced MIDI routing, merging, and muting capabilities.

As a high-end SMPTE time code synchronizer, the Express XT handles all frame rates (23.976, 24, 25, 29.97 drop/non-drop, and 30) and offers SMPTE “jam sync” with adjustable freewheeling for flawless synchronization.

The Express XT also supports MIDI Machine Control (MMC) and can act as either an MMC master or slave, distributing MMC transport commands to all connected devices.

US and EU parcels ship via UPS, ETA 1-7 working days from pickup day zero. That also applies to most locations worldwide.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
