TL Audio VI1 8-Ch Valve Interface

The VI-1 is an 8 channel unit designed to interface between the recording console (or preamps) and the audio interface. Each channel has unity gain - so the signal levels through the unit are unaffected - but since each channel incorporates a valve stage, the audio signal benefits from the warmth of the valve characteristic.

The combination provides the perfect marriage of pristine digital
quality with valve richness, yet functionally the VI-1 is simplicity itself.

Other applications for the VI-1 are
many and varied - from a front end for A-D conversion through to use as a "warming" device for mixing in the box.

● All inputs and outputs compatible with unbalanced signals
● Operating levels of each input and output may be individually optimised
for -10dB or +4dB (via internal links)
● Frequency response 10Hz to 40kHz ±0.5dB
● 108dB dynamic range (equivalent to 18 bit digital performance)
● ECC83 / 12AX7A valves run from stabilised 250v DC supply
● Simple to operate

PSU is switchable between 115V and 230V, currently set to work on 230V. Fuse has to be changed for 100V operation. EU power cord included.

US and EU parcels ship via UPS, ETA 1-7 working days from pickup day zero. That also applies to most locations worldwide.

All shipments are fully insured.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
